RE: So why...I will agree it does seem odd but the writing has already been put on the wall with the first phase of the FMV being completed and pegging it in the high 3's. If they do the SIB at say 2 dollars that is no where near the fair market value of the company. So I think it has to be north of 3 with the FMV being around 4.5 - 5 dollars at this time. I sure hope you are not right on the moving to the second quarter!!
Lets here some other views on what is going on and the news that came out today has to boost that valuation as another 30MW is big news.
As for not much movement I think that has to do with the lack luster performance in the past but that seems to be changing so lets hope the bright days are ahead of us!!
