It looks like they are attempting to make a stand at the $2 level where there could be some support at least in the short term or perhaps the dam simply bursts once we dip below this psychological price level and we hit a big time air pocket down to $1.50 - 1.75 in short order?  I believe these guys are well aware of the fact the financing is free trading soon. Ramping the stock up in advance of this makes no sense.  I am watching to see if they step in and mop up any selling that may materialize in the coming weeks.  No matter how you look at it, Kaiser's latest comments would have to be regarded as a significant downgrade (ie. a lot less bullish).  Of course, the other gigantic elephant in the room is all this unrest overseas which could have everyone hitting the "risk off" button and running for cover in the blink of an eye.  You're right, there is no need to talk about financing now, but they'll need to later in the year. As I mentioned in a previous post, this is make it or break it time for PGD.
