Digital Imagery

This could be a photographers wet dream as well.

The standard CMOS sensor mimics typical film quality which is not good in digital imagery in devices like your digital camera or high end SLR's.

This could give extreme low light sensitivity which would produce an enhanced image without all the noise introduced by high ISO's

I see uses in satalite Imagery, tiny cell phone cameras, Google earth.
