Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

As you know, your insight is largely appreciated by the board.  I for one understand your estimates, and if anyone disagrees they are free to post their own calculations for debate.  I don't think many of your armchair critics have done the leg work and looked at the reserves that will be upped in the few years, where that will take the price who knows but if executed even with many hiccups along the way the price will be multiples of today's.

Yes the sweetener on the bridge is not a huge surprise, I would definately not call it standard practice.....  whether purposely or not the holders are hedging themselves in case of a takeover while their asset is trading at a significant discount to net asset value.  Im sure it has crossed their mind that the company could potentially be stolen for less than the IPO price.
