I am just thinking about the strike price and 10 day period..

Do companies get PP(private placement) guys like Burgeon & MineralFields to prop the price above the strike for the 10 days so that all warrants get exercised in return for the rights to the PP?

Would this show up on the insider activity or...

has all the propping been by Instritutions or the small guys

And perhaps propping is not the right word...value increase would be better

I am just trying to educate myself about how much this can be controlled by those in the know...

I am in till buyout with my 50K shares and thank all so much for thier contributions to this board..the variety of posts is excellent.
