Hello all.

Disclosure:-  just became a shareholder of Cline today.  Will continue to buy on weakness.  I have done very well with WTN and GCE and like the met coal story.

I have left a message with someone at the company to call me back regarding investor info.  I was hoping that i could get additional info from the board. ( constructive info pls)  I have posted on several other boards and find the back and forth feedback to be very useful.

Anyways, here goes,  this is my take on the company so far.

174 million shares o/s  with about 6 million options and warrants
Can anyone tell me the exercise price and date of the warrants, and the current price of the warrants.

No debt, about 40 million in cash.  Production from Elk Mine started in Dec/10-  so by end of Q1 which is Feb 28, we should see some numbers.  Annual 2011 production is approx  1 million tonnes.

They seem to be a low cost supplier at about $100/tonne, can anyone tell me what the expected sales price/tonne will be in the first Q

I read today that Anglo American has settled for the April -June Q price of $325.00/tonne, so CMK should be at least $275/tonne or in that area I would think.(will try to get that info from the company)

Increase in annual production to 3 million tonnes /yr  by fiscal 2013.I would think that cost/tonne would decrease with the corresponding increase in sales.
Can anyone tell me what the expected capex for the mine will be from here on forward. I read somewhere that they have to build a road (20 million cost,) anything else?

The valuation on this company seems very attractive, constuctive feedback only pls. I will post any information that i get after s/w the company rep.
