Good on ya for stepping up to the plate, these young guys here would'nt know a stope from a drift.....and what it takes to work underground. I'm in the opinion that there is a lot of average grades around there, It would be great to find another #12, but really, you dont need that to make lot of money today, an average with major tons will do just fine.
