Hmmn

It would seem that they have all the expertise they need to deploy this tech in a rational and efficient manner... why not hang on to the intellectual rights of the whole process and it's possible commercial streams that come from the NASA project as well as the military??

This is huge in everyway... Huge payback for all investors.. which could branch out into other companys that OPL would own a part of... just huge!
