The stock has been manipulated all the time, there is no question, but I doubt management is holding down the stock, that is ludicrous.
Remember, management can always print new paper, issue option, doing financing, etc. Simply print new paper, like the Government.
So, anybody believing management is holding down the stock deliberately does not know what he is talking about.
