I agree Silverstocks but keep in mind as per
keith Neumeyer's recent interview with Reuters that cash costs are rising.
He stated that the appreciation of the Mexican peso against the U.S. peso (er dollar) as well as rising costs for chemical,power,labor and equipment are affecting the companies cash costs.
The good news is that there is a "substantial buffer" because the price of silver has risen substantially also he stated.
Most of the miners I own do their business in Mexico and I'm not at all concerned.
