RE: RE: I don't agree about buyoutI did a comparison between the declines of FRG and SMF. 

FRG only "suffered" for about a month before the bid was announced, but SMF's decline is now three whole months long!  Since it reached the peak price of $14+ in the first week of December, SP has been declining ever since.  It's not likely someone would be doing it to SMF for getting a low ball hostile bid.  The time line is way too long.     

All I'm doing now is wait for the Q4/YE financial numbers.  If respectable numbers fail to revive the SP, I think SMF will be dead money for sometime yet and it's time to move on.
