You may be surprised to know that Canada is an independent country. Environmental assessments done regarding this project are subject to decisions made by the BC provincial and Canadian federal governments. I'm still wondering where you think Alaska fits into all this. Environmentally, this project is a "go". In terms of mineral deposits, especially copper, this project is most definitely a "go". Support received from local First Nations communities means it's a "go". Regarding the NTL, this project will be a "go", unless *our* Federal government wishes to commit electoral suicide.

I have a more suitable name for you, derived from the same origin as "rubberjohnny": it's... "w*nker".
