After taking a glance at a map, I have to concede that you're right. I always forget about that narrow strip of Alaska running down the coastline.
You, did go on to say, though, that it wouldn't be an issue, citing location and layout, which I didn't understand. Would you please care to elaborate? I've read no mention up to now of Alaskan environmental concerns. Is it that the Alaskan or US authorities accept Canadian environmental assessments at face value? Or that an earlier American assessment has already covered that? Or does the idea of a power link through BC trump all else?
