It says the turbines were 19 ft tall and generate 58,000kw/h per year. Roughly 7kw/h per turbine per day. This is bigger than any turbine I have seen or heard from them. Could this mean they are testing larger designs?

If the efficiency of the design proves above average and the testing of this installation is successful. If they can generate more power for larger commercial applications I can see this being profitable.

I am not sure what say a typical household uses per day or even an office building or commercial building. Do you have any ideas?
