You said that the East Asia mongolian assets are going to stay with East Asia Minerals. That is not correct.

From the news release:

"• East Asia Energy Corporation is to become a Mongolian mining and energy company. It will initially hold all of East Asia Minerals' Mongolian assets, which consist of early stage uranium and phosphate projects.

What is different about the Mongolian assets is that there won't be a rights offering (private placement) to raise money for it. Current EAS shareholders may not get private placement opportunities for East Asia Energy Corporation but they still will get a dividend in kind for East Asia Energy shares.
