RE: NI 43 101Company is flush with money.  I don't think they see any need to complete the 43-101 as it may put the company in play.  With all the activity in the area I think they are actually trying to do just the opposite and build up the resource quietly.  I may be wrong about this but I think you'll see a new drill program announced to expand the known resource further and we'll continue like this for another 5 or 6 months. 

If an offer is made for the company and the price looks low then we'll see an effort made to complete some kind of 43-101 to justify more money. 

Just my view considering  they just closed the large placement and know they are sitting on the motherload.

BHP isn't in the area for nothing.  Someday they will own it all.
