The 4800 bopd in 1936 wasn't developed because the oil column was determined to be too small for commercial prospect.  The question then Maysteeler,  is how 5k gets turned into 20k bopd,  when obviously an oil column that is too small,  would show a very rapid decline factor.

Also,  the potential of any economical business plan going forward,  is restricted by the highest royalty payment
of any Kurdistan PSC .  LFD has a 40% working interest and a 40% royalty liability.  Even without considering the huge capital expense of exploration,  appraisal and development,   operational expense and tax,  the economics
appear to be difficult at best.
