Why? I dunno.
But, I believe it's intentional & could be being used by the Allana support crowd (Dundee, Wellington, etc).
The pattern is consistent. This stock could well be over $3.00 by now IF, allowed to run on speculation.
Farhad's team, IMHO, is keen on controlling the sp - let it run 0.20c on decent news, let if fall back a dime - wait til the next expected NR - let it run another 0.20c, yada yada. But, keep it in a respectable trading range. The pattern IS consistent.
I'm not complaining - been long since early 0.40's & planning for the long haul.
This has been an excellent ride yet, the sp has market control written all over it.
Next 0.20c run - NI 43-101 in April.
