with Envirolink MDM IncSustainable Energy Technologies Ltd (TSX VENTURE:STG) ("Sustainable
Energy" or the "Company") Canada's solar inverter company, announced
today that Envirolink MDM, ( www.envirolinkmdm.com) a national
distributor of safe efficient environmental products, will begin
distributing SUNERGY(TM) inverters through its extensive network
of dealers and OEM partners in Southern Ontario. The SUNERGY(TM) inverters will power a new series of turnkey solar
PV solutions being introduced by Envirolink for projects ranging
from ground mounted trackers to rooftop systems, awnings and facades.
Envirolink has committed to take a minimum one megawatt (1MW) with
first deliveries scheduled for this month."We are seeing significantly increased interest among our customers
for the value of parallel solar," said Roderick Butler President
& CEO of Envirolink. "The SUNERGY(TM) product is the only
inverter that can deliver that value at the same cost as conventional
inverters. It is also the only solution on the market that can be
safely installed outdoors without the additional cost and time of
enclosures to protect against the cold.""Sustainable Energy is very pleased to have the opportunity to
work with Envirolink, a leader in delivering unique products to
sportsmen and other rural markets across Canada," said Michael
Carten CEO of the Company. "What is significant about Envirolink's
expansion into grid-connected solar PV is that the demand is coming
from everyday Canadians who want to contribute to the energy solution,
while also investing for long term financial returns."There is considerable optimism in the air, especially for growth
of micro-FIT and smaller commercial and institutional rooftop systems.
