Phoenix Motor Inc., doing business as Phoenix Motorcars, is an electrification solutions provider for the commercial vehicle industry as well as other industries. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Phoenix Cars LLC, Phoenix Motorcars Leasing LLC, and EdisonFuture Motor, Inc. It designs, develops, manufactures, assembles, and integrates electric drive systems and light and medium duty electric vehicles (EVs). It operates two primary brands, Phoenix Motorcars, which is focused on commercial products including medium duty electric vehicles, chargers and electric forklifts, and EdisonFuture which intends to offer light-duty electric vehicles. It sells its products both fully integrated into complete vehicles and in kit form to other business partners for integration into complete vehicles. The Company is engaged in the production of its third generation (Gen 3) drivetrain (E-300), offering up to 160 miles in range.

merger of PES PEV

Chatting with Phil Sustronk in Toronto when he was making a presentation, we questioned the public private combination of the 2 companies. We were told that the then president of Wildcharge insisted on staying private
so they went with it but didn't like it. Now that he is gone they plan to correct the problem.

I know that Network Capital Partners that controlls PEV also is a significant owner of PES. Separately investors in Network CP are also direct investors in PEV. I am pretty sure they can make this happen.
