RE: RE: RE: RE: Nice movement this AM..Stooge?.There were a few news releases concerning the November pp and none seemed to point to 120 days landing as early as yesterday.

So can anyone can confirm the 120 day rule starts from the VSE acceptance notice? My observations are that is not the case .... but I have not found the rules. This information is good for us to know.
