Now fnr seems to be going up. Now I see Yahoo showing it at bid 3.85 ask 3.87.

Considering the exchange rate the US version should be about 10 cents higher, so by golly there is that 3.96 or whatever it was I saw on my OLB.

Something is going on, not exactly sure what. But it seems to be an "up" something rather than a "down" something so that's good.
