RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Where is the decision...?Well Twopie you and I could keep lobbing this ball back and forth to each other all day but there's not much sense in doing that.  To paraphrase; you feel that the management was overly optimistic to the point of being dishonest or that they misrepresented the true state of the dispute while I, and apparently some others, feel that the delay and course the dispute has taken is far enough out the norm that no-one could reasonably have predicted it.  I'm not saying I'm right or that you're wrong - it simply a matter of opinion and there's really no benefit to either of us in trying to convince the other. Of course, you have been shown to be correct about the fact that Canstar management was overly optimistic by the mere fact that the dispute has dragged on for this length of time but the philosophical question about whether management knew or should have known that they were being overly optimistic is unanswerable and therefore not worth wasting any time on.
