So I assume the placee expects, and the TSX intends, no more that 120 days from the day the shares were distributed to him. Pay your money, clear the check and distribute the shares.

The difficulty for speculators like me is knowing when the distribution date or dates was. It is not the date of the TSX notice ... and it seems to me it could be before or after.
