Question about CGC vote

Question about CGC voteHi Guys, I've read all of the news releases (I think) but I'm still a unclear about exactly what is to take place at the CGC shareholder meeting on the 18th. Is it simply going to be an up or down vote on whether to accept the Gammon offer? If so, where will that leave TMM? Will Timmins then be given an opportunity for a CGC shareholder vote in their favor. Thanks in advance! zz
