It's easy to title a news like a Sun reporter... but if we read through the article the fracturation is the only activity that it is stop. All the exploration, the pump installation is still allowed. Fracturation will be allowed for testing ...

Also the BAPE put some recommandation about valuation of the exploration rights. According to the BAPE the value paid by companies (Junex, Gastem and Quest) was to low.  Next exploration rights should go through auction...
