Post Scriptum
Post ScriptumGood morning everyone. i wanted to post about the current sp. Isn't it very common for a sp to fluctuate so much? Most company's do fluctuate. The company is the same as it was last week and the week before and the week before that, but the sp changes. Why? My theory is that people are crazy. People are not rational. People are subjective. People are not always reasonable and that is why it is so hard to predict sp's. Reason and reality therefore have little fixed correlators so reason is wrong from time to time.
The company has 0.067 in cash yet trades for 0.135. Take the cash out of the company because that is not for sale and one gets 0.068 for the value of the company sans cash. Using 417MM for the fully diluted share count, that means that the company is worth $28.3MM for everything. Consider that the revenue reported was $17MM and the stock is trading for 1.6X revenue. That is very cheap if you have followed me so far.
Conclusion: 0.135 is cheap and the stock will fluctuate once again.
Now, i did say on several occasions that i believe a reverse head and shoulders pattern is forming. imo the sp will return, as longs capitulate only to have their shares picked up by new believers. Sure, the sp could get lower, but imo this would be based on irrational thinking and maybe fear as one person follows another. This is because behaviour influences behaviour. We are seeing this right now but it won't last imo. Anyone here, hear of something called "mass hysteria"?
What i see is that the constant management bashing has gotten to some. One person who is quite respected here, mentioned "plateau" and others followed that same line of thinking. We also had a "foolish investor" declare that he was going to sell his 1MM shares. Tell me, do you know anyone who does this? Tell me, why someone would want to potentially harm his own selling price. Say you wanted to sell your home: Do you bash your own home? Very foolish if this person was being honest. It therefore looks to me as if some were rushing for the exits. Buyers didn't feel any rush to buy because so many were preparing to sell. Once again, supply and demand at work.
imo, it is foolish to think three Q's worth of sales (3 data points) can be used to draw conclusions. It is more than foolish. It is absurd. It is a great example of linear logic at work.
i've got my shares. i am long and strong. Please no flaming the messenger. If you flamed me before, rest assured i only skim read your posts because it was a total waste of time.
