Thx Yukii...that is correct!No Moratorium! The government gave the environmentalists a bone to keep them happy.Development and fracking for "scientific" study can continue.No commercial fracking...sooo.It will take 2 or 3 years of "scientific" fracking before any commercial development was to take place anyway...
