Re LA lawsuit: ...it would be in their best interests to drag it out... whose best interests? Don't forget that though TNR is 'David' to MAI's 'Giant', they hold considerable clout and dragging things out works both ways.
Also, MAI feels the need to negotiate re separate access rights [that TNR disputes, Part II of the lawsuit].

MAI wants all rights to be clear-cut:
with copper heading to $10 a pound as speculated elsewhere and further current events on the world stage, market forces will definitely spur an itch to get going with development.
This may settle out of court long before June.
