FEAR TO TURN INTO GREED....

FEAR TO TURN INTO GREED....Hello Everyone,

The magic of investing is determing at which phase we are in.   Strong buys occurs when there is maximum FEAR and, strong sells occur when there is maximum GREED.

I think we can all agree that wiping out 70% of the recent rallies gains would constitute a serious drop based on FEAR.   I also noted that we had strong volume on the drop today and, one person did dump 800,000 shares.

The chart itself looks awful, like a never ending correction.

Emotions are rampant, from disgust, to shock, to frustration, to anger, to panic.

These are signs of a bottom.  They always say to buy when there is blood in the streets.   There is blood out there.

My tolerance for risk is very HIGH.

The change in prices is irrelevant, what matters most is the change in fundamentals.    The fundamentals I used to first purchase this stock are still in place today, nothing has changed, hence I am still very bullish on this stocks prospects.

There are those whom are concerned that the numbers released in the 2D Seismic report are of higher risk, hence a more conservative approach by the company towards success.

This opens up to pleasant surprises should drilling be only mildly better than what was expected.

LFD is using the Apple or Microsoft model of reporting to keep expectations low and, then blow them away with results.

I understand this, it makes sense, it is responsible behaviour and it allows the likes of Soros, insiders and others connected to the firm to LOAD UP cheaply.

When LFD reports robust results of high pressure and, logging reports of 18,000 barrels of API oil per day, stunned investors will stampede each other send LFD to double digits and thanking Stan Bharti and Ahmed as a God.....

Matter to time before FEAR turns into GREED.

NB:  Was reading that Niko has a conference Thursday, to announce details of logging, which hit high pressure.  Not sure where I read this, must be in the heavens.  We wills see the trading at the OPEN.
