RE: NAG now ...

RE: NAG now ...

Indeed, it might be a good entry point now. Unfortunately,we have been holding NAG for so long (e.g.bought at higher sp).

The calculation is always as good as a good dream. That’swhy we are here hoping that the dream would become true one day. However, miningis not something like simple trading. It needs huge capital to start (e.g. RDA)and therefore significant time and effort to get even, letting along any uncertaintiesduring the operations. There is no quick money here. How can NAG or M3 finance himselffor a new mine on a sound scale before it can become self-sustained?

What happened to NAG in the past year did not makeany sense because even such a simple calculation failed to work. As I saidbefore, there is no problem for a new miner to have problem. The problem isthat we shareholder don’t know what’s the problem. So, while dreaming forsomething special to happen, we are actually trapped in this tail-chasing game most importantly in a very bullish market, – promise, option(granting and selling), PP and finally no real development – and never have achance to get out.

Here is some information as recorded by SMIS:

M3 Energy Resources LLC
Entity ID: 015019 (go to browse and then entity, search)
Address: 19485 S Hwy 66, P.O. Box 98, Beverly, KY40913
Business number: 606-596-0110
They are the operator for Mine #2 of NAG, and also theoperator of several mines of Chas Coal LLC(Hwy 66 Beverly, KY 40913606-598-7744); but not for other companies.

#8610513 (Mine#2of NAG): AP (actively producing).
#8075210 (current bond: $117,000 for 20 ac, threebonds): A1 (active currently being mined).
#8665139 ($32,000 for 17ac): AP
#8070323 ($220,000 for 130 ac, 5 bonds): A1
#8265046 ($10,000 for 0 ac): A1
#8265058 ($10,000 for 0 ac): A2 (coal removal)
#8260612 ($10,000 for 0 ac): AP

Also for NAG : #8610512 (Mine#4?): administrative review correctionrequested (Dec 10 2010). Now it has be mid march of 2011. #8610519 (Mine#3):recorded as ND (no disturbance). In the past, NAG appeared to release whatever news it could (hiding failureat the same time). Now, there is even now minor news release. What is happening here?
Heaven or hell?
