RE: RE: The Mistake -S8 - FB

RE: RE: The Mistake -S8 - FBWell, everyone has their choice of tonic to take away the pain of REALITY.

I will open a bottle of wine tonite for medicine.  That doesn't change what happened.

I am piszed.  The only thing that stopped me from sending a blasting e-mail to CEO and CFO is that some junior clerk will just delete it anyway.  Also, the days of the BOD caring are largely gone.

I did not sell any of my shares.  I think they will still be profitable - just not nearly as well as could have been, nor as well as should have been.  Remember, I took the extra risk in buying early.  I, as well as the other shareholders that bought before March 8th close, deserved to be rewarded with the value in the shares, that was not guaranteed, but was indeed there afterall.

I know that the concept seems very theoretical, but it is more real than many realize.  The IBankers know exactly how the transfer of wealth works.  They will always structure deals such that the wealth transfer benefits them more than others.  It is up to mgmt to negotiate VERY HARD to get the best possible deal for the shareholders (that being the then current shareholders, not the new ones not yet on board).

Truly the worst deal in thirty yrs of investing for me.  Disgusted!
