RE: RE: RE: RE: The Mistake -S8 - RWJNatureboy...you are assuming the dillution will be based on a .20 SP...if that turns out to be true at the end of the month, I agree, thats brutal.  I understand WW and VER are at opposing sides of the table regarding value...WW will want this done as low as possible....VER as high as possible...how about somewhere in the middle.  Existing shareholders in under .10 can't be disappointed cashing out at 3 & 10X their investment.  Take profits then re-establish a position for the next leg up....it rarely happens in straight line to the top.  Consider a .50 financing equalling 60-70M shares...that would still keep VER under 150M-SO with a drilling program underway in one of the hottest plays on the continent.
