RE: CitiGroup selling to the bid !Citigroup has been selling like this for the last two weeks. They have sold so far 176,000 shares. I hate
when they sell like this. All they do is continually drive the price down because they only sell at the bid
and never at the ask. The markets today compared to many years ago are very manipulated usually at the detriment
of retail investors using methods such as program selling and iceberg sales.
