In all my years of investing this has been one of my most disappointing and discourageing risk plays EVER !!

The brazenly obvious advantage that some posses is an embarassment to the TSX and the MM system that we have allowed to control what should a market that is above board in all respects.

GLTA- but I am afraid that may be not enough for retail anymore.
