RE: PCD MotionThanks Cabbie.  A slight correction to your note.  It should be "Pending Outcome of Related Case".  Not sure if all would interpret 'action' to mean case.  I'm uncertain what the 'case' would be though.  As SRKid confirmed, PCD using some QCOM chips but there is no case filed against QCOM...yet.  It's against one of QCOM's main customers HTC.  How can PCD argue that its case should be delayed until the HTC case is settled?  Yes, they are related due to QCOM's involvement but wouldn't both PCD and HTC have to argue separately?

Perhaps the outcome will be that the court either denies PCD's request and/or directs them to be tried together with HTC (like the Feb trial).
