Is PRE Oversold?

Is PRE Oversold?I didn't think that the results were that bad and I thought that the news about the dividend is positive.  Has it paid a dividend before?  I know that a lot of investors want stocks that pay dividends, which seems to be one reason that Crescent Point for eg. has done so well.  Can anyone comment on how this dividend compares to dividends paid by other oil companies?  To me this looks like a good entry point from a technical perspective.  I hope that I am correct as oil is still very high and it seems so uncertain what direction it will go in.  I guess that this stock is very sensitive to the price of oil so I wonder whether it will go higher or lower from here?
