RE: RE: RE: closure.....I wouldn't doubt if the management team knew full well the they would not accept any offer, but "entertaining" the idea as they did, simply bought some time for Ortsbo to grow and prove itself...
I've said this before, and I'll say this again... I am glad they kept Ortsbo in house so it can be married to their other products and the rest can grow as well...
IF they can stave off a hostile take-over offer for a year (all the while growing larger), the rewards will flow to "us" the long term investor(s)...
IMHO, what it did do, was shake the weakness out of the stock, and provide an opportunity for the short traders to get in... IF the short traders really got burned bad on Monday, they would be much more reluctant to try and short the stock again... at least not in large numbers...
To me, it's all good stuff... stocks go up, and stocks go down... and really good stocks will grow regardless if the stock is up or down...
