I hate to have a disaster...... point out the importance of new technologies, but I don't think the telecommunications problems in Japan are restricted to their country.
If one of the few communications tools that is still working is social media, it does nothing but highlight the need and importance of having Ortsbo deeply ingrained in all communications applications... it's too bad that this didn't happen a year from now, when people are more aware of Ortsbo and the assistance it could, can, and is providing, in emergencies like this...
