Sorry for the typos.  They need an edit feature on this board.  Here is the corrected version. 

Again, you are confusing the issue of liability faults with process faults.  I couldn't care less about whether a Gasfrac employee through a cigarette butt at an open well head.  Sure that would be a Gasfrac liability fault, but the the overall process is OK (except maybe in their hiring procedures).  Now, as long as the process is viable, and it is, the company will do well. 

I also don't agree that Gasfrac is at fault here, but if they have some liability to it, oh well, they will try to make less human mistakes later, like all industries do.  Even if the process had some problem that they identify, with the need for oil and gas and the problems with hydrofracking, I suspect they would just fix them and keep on fracking.
