Share Consolidation

Hi,

I have a couple hundred k of Majestic.  Been following a long time but purchased a few months back
on the .18 cent breakout (small breakout to .28 at the time but hey).
This company is very very under the radar (by choice I suppose) but will have it's day in the sun.

I was always a little worried about the amount of shares outstanding and wondered if they would every do

a share rollback.  Well according to the agenda of their shareholders meeting in April in Vancouver they will be discussing it (implementing it).

What do you suppose is a decent number considering the 40 million they need is suppose to be a loan and that by this time next year (if all goes perfect) they will be rolling in money.

I will be emailing my opinion to Husband that a 3 to 1 is just right.  Keeps us at 150 million shares and thus will have liquidity everyday and the price should approach 65 cents in today's dollars.  By the time we get started that that will be over a dollar and that is a great spot for price appreciation to 3 longer term.

Thoughts ?  B-man ?
