RE: RE: Insider buys 120,000 shares

RE: RE: Insider buys 120,000 sharesI didn't think it was confusing at all? Maybe less confusing for you would have been to word it this way.

"I don't see Randy Miller selling it at any kind of intentional loss, especially if he has used company funds to make the investment"

However you shuffle it around, my use of the word "intentional" is clear and I wrote it in direct response to an earlier post. It is as I meant it and I am referring to the earlier post by the same person I was addressing (Cupricity)

Victor can you post a link to where it states that Randy Miller and ISM "feel that UMJ is inadequately managed"?

Is that your interpretation?

I have never read that in a public NR yet. I have simply read the following:

https://www.inspirationmining.com/news.html?id=175

"Mr. Randy Miller, the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, states "Given that the current share price of Ursa does not appropriately reflect it’s true value, we believe a new slate of directors would be a critical first step in exploiting Ursa’s significant assets and in addition, would better allow for the evaluation of synergistic opportunities that may be presently available."
