thought I'd add the downside given the upside…worst case scenario imo is that they drill all those wells and stay where they are production wise with half the cash flow…maybe most probable given history is that they get a 50% increase in production with cash flow at year end of say $1.85 or so…they seem undervalued in this scenario also…so that's the gist of it…I am a shareholder but don't put all your eggs in one basket
