Hidden is the NRHas anyone noticed towards the bottom of the NR the following?:
Avion Files Supplemental Executive Compensation Disclosure
In addition, Avion announced today that it has filed additionalexecutive compensation disclosure for Avion to supplement theinformation contained in its management information circular dated May3, 2010 (the "Circular") prepared in connection with the annualmeeting of shareholders of the Company held on June 8, 2010,including specifically information stating that Mr.Stan Bhartiis a "Named Executive Officer", which was not disclosed in theCircular, and correcting and clarifying the Company's CompensationDiscussion & Analysis, including clarification that benchmarking isnot used to determine salaries of executive officers and thedetermination of bonuses.
The main NR seems to be more of a distraction from the above statement - maybe kinda like a nice green bush hiding a pile of sh*t. Anyone know what the heck that is supposed to mean? Last year the SP dropped when SH's heard about the executive compensation plans. Are they gonna kick us in the teeth again? I checked SEDAR and nothing shows yet. I believe there is a bit of a delay in SEDAR reporting company filings but I'd sure like to see what they say.
