Technical difficulties with Trades on RY Direct In Any of you folks experiencing some Trading-Dashboard quote delays,,,,,,streaming watch-list quote delays or even order status delays or simply no order status on-going problems???????????......Frig,I have big time with this pos company,this has been going on for months in fact,only frequent or hyper traders may or may not notice this/these very annoying problems...Notice,if one trades a lot,you do need all the tools at hand to maximize your gains,hopefly that is;;;good God,heaven forbid a manager ever talks to you,i've yet to have a department manager give me a call so far,following many attempts to do so.I 'm begining to think they are s a bunch of whimp- azz boys that can't take the heat from a client,is all.
I've been a client of RBC since 1991,,,,,,,,Action-Direct it was back then,,,,,,,,100,000 dollars later in commissions,,,,,,,,yes,you heard me right;after a long period of frustration with these guys,my wife and I are about to switch all our accounts to another firm ,very soon in fact..
We continue to miss by only a few trades to qualify for the 6.95 per trade status......can't include same day trades for the same stock,nor the sell trades,pizzzzzs me off to say the least.Heck,accounts are worth almost half a million and still can't quality???.........boohooooo you say.......:)......one only needs 50 grand including the kitchen sink to qualify for 9.95 trades,one trade every two to three months and they qualify the same as I do?....what bs,where's the fairness in that??? ....RBC,,,,yer a freakin joke indeed.....kizzzzzzzz my azzzzzzz to all managers at RBC.......bt
