Selling 1/2 your position at higher levels and loading up at .06 - .08 sounds like good timing move to me. The world will need Uranium  to replenish stock piles and I think as dire as the situation is in Japan, lessens will be learned  and  global regulatory changes need to be made to make this a safer industry. Trusting Tokyo Electric Power Company to manage the Fukushima plants with their track record is a serious error. There hasnt been accidents since Chernobyl.  I suspect more panic selloff this week and a bounce back in coming weeks. Still, I am in long on this play
