New Advisory BoardI, for one, am impressed with the qualifications and background of the members of this new advisory board. To be successful in business today, networking is the key and these people obviously have the contacts in the mining and financial industry to move our company to the next level. It says a lot for this little company to attract this level of talent as advisors.
I was not impressed by D. Mason's issue of a negative press release to pour cold water on our share price on the same day as our neighbour issued a positive release. However, as someone on this board previously noted, it allowed Mr. Mason to purchase an additional 150,000 shares at $.25. I'm sure that other shareholders were as upset as I was at the perception of what was happening, however, at least he put up his own money and bought in the market rather than issuing himself low cost options or bonus shares from the treasury which would have cost him nothing, but diluted the value of our shares. He must know something in order to make such an investment.
I would be very happy if a major came along and bought us out as the same percentage increase as the Spider shareholders received, and I,m sure many shareholders feel the same.
