Markets are very volatile and this morning markets came down for a comment made by the EU energy chief
about Japan , saying "Japan's situation is out of control" and traders reacted to his comments, but his spokeswoman said he had no specific or privileged information on the situation, bit too late the damage had
been done to the markets.
