Bottom???It is hard to say, now China is reviewing its Nuke program. I feel for you guys, I hope the Us dont suffer too much, HAT is lower than it was a year ago. The only thing DML has going for it, is that it is the only U producer in a country with 104 reactors. That os what appealed to me when I first bought it. I was very lucky to have sold a couple of weeks ago. I am not sure if I would buy now at any price, maybe in a couple of months.GLTYA
