RE: RE: A few interesting observations...PGDDude...Magino is not a new mine.
It operated for years and was mothballed due to low gold prices when it became uneconomic, and no one was aware of the low grade bulk mining opportunity. The deeper you go, the higher the grade of gold in this mine, which has not been fully explored, and now we have open pit bulk mining with fantastic drill results.
The infrastructure, roads, hydro, existing mine shaft & stopes, some buildings are already there...they just don't have a mill anymore & will have to arrange (perhaps with their neighbour?) for milling until they can build their own.
Plus, given the great drill results (and hopefully more of the same or better to come), raising more capital will not be a problem, although none of us wants to see more dilution, it may be inevitable.
I cant wait until they start drilling more at depth...I'm betting on some spectacular grades. A good friend of mine who worked there when the mine was active still holds a position and raved about the high grade "visible" gold at depth.
I've held Golden Goose for many years and it's finally paying off...and this is just the beginning.
Good luck to all.
